Privacy note
Last updated: October 2026.
The short version
ORION lives on your Mac and uses your own accounts. We don't run a server in the middle, and we don't receive your conversations, files or keys.
What stays on your Mac
- Your voice. ORION listens for its name. Your speech is turned into text on your Mac. Audio is not recorded or kept.
- Your settings, notes and profile, and your team's work in the ORION HQ folder.
- Your keys, locked in your Mac's Keychain, never written in a file.
What leaves your Mac
| What | Where | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The text of your requests, and what ORION needs to answer them | Anthropic, under your own account | ORION's brain runs there. |
| Your conversation audio, only if you turn on the instant voice | ElevenLabs, under your own account | The instant voice runs there. |
| Web searches and pages ORION opens for you | The websites involved | To answer your question. |
Those companies handle your data under their own privacy policies and your agreements with them.
What we collect
- On this website: what you type in our form (name, email, your answers). We use it only to reply about ORION. Our website host stores form entries. We don't sell it.
- When you buy: your name, email and order details from our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
- When you ask for help: what you send us, such as a help file (it leaves out your name and keys) or screenshots. During a screen share we may see your screen; we don't record it unless you agree.
What we never do
- We never ask for your passwords, card numbers, bank details or tax ID.
- We never sell your information.
Your choices
To see or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email from us. You can remove ORION at any time, and close your Anthropic or ElevenLabs accounts on their websites.
